Terms of consultation of the 2024 Universal Registration Document by Gecina

Gecina announces the availability of its 2024 Universal Registration Document, filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers on February 21, 2025. This document can be viewed and downloaded on Gecina's website as well as on the AMF website. It is also available free of charge upon request by mail, email or telephone.

This document includes several key reports: annual financial, integrated, Board of Directors, and Auditors, as well as information relating to the fees of the latter. The general meeting is scheduled for April 17, 2025, coinciding with the publication of the activity at the end of March. The results of the first half will be announced on July 23, 2025.
