Templeton Global Advisors reduces stake in Forvia
On August 30, 2024, Templeton Global Advisors Limited announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of the capital of the company Forvia. This declaration was made in accordance with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code. The Bahamas-based company reduced its stake to 4.90% of the capital and 4.17% of the voting rights of Forvia after selling shares on the market.
Templeton Global Advisors Limited now holds 9,656,796 Forvia shares. This transaction follows market movements recorded on August 29, 2024. Forvia, listed on Euronext Paris, has a total capital of 197,089,340 shares representing 231,443,081 voting rights.
