Temas Resources Corp. Secures Option for Full Ownership of ORF Technologies

Temas Resources Corp. has announced an option agreement to acquire the remaining 50% ownership of ORF Technologies Inc. This move will allow Temas to gain full control over the intellectual property assets of ORF, including 11 novel patents in metallurgical processing. The acquisition is expected to enhance innovation, growth, and shareholder value.

The ORF portfolio involves advanced hydrometallurgical mineral extraction technologies, which promise significant cost reductions and environmental benefits. This includes the Regenerative Chloride Leach (RCL) technology, which offers substantial cost and recovery advantages over conventional approaches.

Temas aims to expand its presence in the global ore processing market, with several companies evaluating ORF's IP for potential licensing opportunities. This strategic step aligns with Temas' ongoing efforts to develop its TiO 2 assets and explore new markets.
