CEO Tim Fernback expressed confidence in Ben-Shabat's ability to scale deep-technology ventures and enhance shareholder returns. With over two decades of experience, Ben-Shabat has played key roles in ventures like Weebit Nano and UltraCharge. He also led MTM Critical Metals and engineered successful exits for several companies.
The recent Annual General & Special Meeting saw approval of all agenda items, including an IPO on the ASX worth up to AUD$15 million.
