Temas Resources Appoints Michel Lebeuf as General Counsel

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 10, 2024 / Temas Resources Corp. ("Temas") has announced the appointment of Michel Lebeuf to the newly created role of General Counsel, effective immediately. Lebeuf is the managing partner of Lebeuf Legal and has extensive experience as a corporate finance and securities attorney, particularly in natural resources.

Tim Fernback, CEO of Temas Resources, highlighted Lebeuf’s long career in securities law and his senior roles in many publicly listed issuers, especially in natural resources. Fernback stated that Lebeuf's local knowledge would benefit Temas' leadership team significantly.

Lebeuf holds a degree in Political Sciences and a Civil Law degree from the Université de Montréal. He is a member of the Bar of Quebec, Montreal section. Lebeuf expressed his eagerness to contribute to Temas' advancement of its Québec assets.

This appointment underscores Temas' commitment to fostering growth in Québec as it advances the La Blache and Lac Brule Iron-Titanium-Vanadium projects.
