Téléverbier General Meeting: Convening and Agenda

Téléverbier will hold its Ordinary General Meeting on April 11, 2025 at Espace St-Marc, Le Châble, at 10 a.m. The items on the agenda include the approval of the minutes of the previous General Meeting, the presentation of the management and remuneration reports, and the approval of the 2023/2024 annual accounts.

Shareholders will also vote on the allocation of the result, the discharge of the bodies, and the renewal of the mandates of the members of the Board of Directors. Mr. Jean-Albert Ferrez is proposed as Chairman for a new year. The questions of remuneration of the Board and the Management will also be addressed, with a ceiling of CHF 1,600,000 for the Management.
