TeamViewer Reports Strong Q3 2024 Financial Results with 8% Revenue Growth

In the third quarter of 2024, TeamViewer SE, headquartered in Göppingen, Germany, demonstrated robust performance with an 8% year-over-year revenue growth in constant currency, reaching €168.7 million. This growth was seen across all regions, with the enterprise segment showing impressive revenue growth of 22% year-over-year, boosted by significant upsells and new customer wins.

Adjusted EBITDA saw a year-over-year increase of 15%, with an outstanding margin of 48%. Net income rose by 49% from the previous year, and adjusted basic EPS increased by 30% to €0.29. Michael Wilkens, CFO, highlighted strategic investments and cost efficiencies as key drivers behind the improved EBITDA margin, which expanded by 4 percentage points year-over-year.

TeamViewer has adjusted its full-year 2024 financial guidance, narrowing its expected revenue range to €662 million-€668 million and raising its adjusted EBITDA margin target to at least 44%.
