TeamViewer Extends CFO Contract with Michael Wilkens, while CCO Peter Turner to Exit

Goppingen, 4 September 2024: TeamViewer SE's Supervisory Board has extended CFO Michael Wilkens' contract for three years. Wilkens, who joined the board in September 2022, is responsible for global finance and corporate functions. His new contract lasts until August 2027. This extension aims to provide continuity and ensure the company's financial stability and growth.

Meanwhile, Chief Commercial Officer Peter Turner will not renew his contract, which expires in July 2025. Turner's duties will be redistributed within the Management Board and Senior Leadership Team. He has been instrumental in strengthening TeamViewer's global market position and enhancing brand awareness.

Ralf W. Dieter, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, praised both leaders for their significant contributions. Wilkens has secured trust among stakeholders through effective financial planning, while Turner has driven ecommerce excellence and customer-centricity across departments.
