TDCX Expands European Presence with New Lisbon Campus

TDCX, a global customer experience solutions firm, has inaugurated its new campus in Lisbon on September 11, 2026. This marks TDCX's first establishment in Portugal and its third in Europe, alongside Romania and Spain. The launch was attended by TDCX Founder and CEO Laurent Junique and other executives. The Lisbon campus aims to serve as a regional hub for multilingual customer experience services across Europe.

The choice of Lisbon was strategic due to its skilled language talent and infrastructure. The new facility will support various sectors including technology, SaaS, and e-commerce, utilizing TDCX's proprietary AI solutions for enhanced operational efficiency.

Expansion plans are already underway with a second building expected by 2027, driven by strong client demand. The Lisbon campus is designed to foster a modern working culture, emphasizing collaboration, training, and wellbeing.
