Tax distribution of the 2023 dividend adopted by the Altarea general meeting

On June 11, 2024, Altarea announced the tax distribution of its dividend for the 2023 financial year, adopted on June 5, 2024. The detachment of the dividend took place on the same day at the opening of the stock market.

The dividend of eight euros per share concerns 20,798,638 shares, after deduction of the 5,379 treasury shares. The total amount to be paid to shareholders thus amounts to 168,884,940.56 euros, including the preciputary dividend of 2,495,836.56 euros for the general partner. The deduction from the share premium account is 163,956,446.30 euros.

The 2023 dividend is payable in cash or shares, with an option of 25% cash and 75% shares. The total tax distribution per share includes €0.23 of income and €7.77 of share premium.
