Talis Group expands its network with the acquisition of Aston

The Talis Group, a major player in the field of post-baccalaureate and professional training, has formalized its agreement to acquire the Aston school, specializing in IT and digitalization, particularly in cybersecurity. This announcement comes after several expansion operations carried out by Talis, strengthening its presence in the French education sector.

Aston, founded in 2005 and made up of 900 students spread across three campuses in Arcueil, Lille and Paris, joins the Talis network which already has nearly 8,000 students. This acquisition follows other strategic groupings carried out by the Talis Group, accentuating its diversity of training and its territorial roots in France.

Aston management, represented by Jean-François Castelluccia and Stéphane Erny, sees in this alliance the opportunity to benefit from commercial and operational synergies. For his part, Yves Hinnekint, president of Talis, underlines the complementarity of the training offers and the promising prospects of this merger.

This operation also reflects the development strategy of the Talis Group, supported by the IDI, the objective of which is to enrich the group's educational offering and broaden its geographic and demographic coverage, thus confirming its ambition on the education.
