TAG Immobilien AG Shows Positive Growth in First Half of 2025
TAG Immobilien AG reported significant financial growth in the first half of 2025. The company's FFO I rose by 4% to EUR 91.6 million compared to the same period last year. Moreover, its EBITDA reached EUR 126.4 million, marking a 5% increase. Positive valuation results were seen in Germany and Poland, contributing to an overall increase in property value.
The real estate firm successfully sold 1,158 units in Poland, and higher sales are expected in the second half of the year. Despite dividend payouts, the EPRA NTA per share increased by 10% compared to June 2024, reaching EUR 20.18.
