SYNBIOTIC Annual General Meeting on 20.09.2024: Increasing Sales Drive Growth
The Annual General Meeting of SYNBIOTIC SE, one of Europe's leading industrial hemp and cannabis companies, will occur on 20 September 2024. CEO Daniel Kruse shared optimistic developments ahead of the meeting.
WEECO Pharma, acquired in May 2024, saw a striking 300 percent increase in sales, attributed to changes in Germany’s Narcotics Act. Hempro International and MH medical hemp also reported 50 percent sales growth. The integration of CannaCare Health is nearly complete, showing a sales increase of 69 percent.
CEO Daniel Kruse highlighted the potential removal of the “intoxication clause,” which could unleash significant growth in the industrial hemp sector. SYNBIOTIC SE remains confident in its strategic direction and future growth.
