Sword Group strengthens its position in cybersecurity with the acquisition of iDelta

Sword Group announces the strategic acquisition of Edinburgh-based iDelta, a micro-enterprise specializing in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. This micro-enterprise develops tailor-made solutions to improve the monitoring and control of IT systems.

iDelta is recognized for its innovations in cybersecurity, application observability, and performance monitoring. It has also developed tools for Open Banking API management, strengthening technology integration.

This acquisition aims to consolidate Sword Group's expertise, particularly in the financial sector, with an average turnover of €0.75 million per year and a profitability of 30%.

The integration of iDelta into the group's accounts began on April 1, 2025, strengthening Sword's cybersecurity strategy.
