Sword Group: Financial performance for the 4th quarter of 2024
During the fourth quarter of 2024, Sword Group recorded consolidated revenues of €84.4 million, marking organic growth of 17.1%. Profitability, measured by an EBITDA margin, remained at 12%, or €10.1 million. At the end of the year, annual revenues reached €323 million, with organic growth of 15.9% compared to 2023.
Net cash improved significantly, from -€2.2 million in September to €17.8 million in December. The order book also saw a notable expansion of €78 million, providing 21-month visibility for 2025.
Sword Group is continuing its artificial intelligence strategy, strengthening productivity and developing offers for key sectors such as energy and healthcare.
