Swiss Prime Site AG's Annual General Meeting: A Comprehensive Approval of Board Proposals

On March 19, 2024, Swiss Prime Site AG announced the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting in Zug, with a significant 66.68% of voting rights represented. The attendees approved the annual financial statements for 2023, along with a gross distribution of CHF 3.40 per registered share. This distribution is split between an ordinary dividend from net profit and a withholding tax-exempt distribution from capital contribution reserves, with the combined net amount after taxes being CHF 2.805 per share, scheduled for payment on March 28, 2024.

Furthermore, all resolutions regarding compensation were endorsed, including the 2023 Compensation Report and the total 2024 compensation for the Board of Directors and Executive Board members. Detlef Trefzger was welcomed as a new board member, while other members were re-elected for a term until the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
