Suspension of the AST Groupe stock price
The company AST GROUPE has asked Euronext to suspend the listing of its share (FR0000076887 - ALAST) admitted to the Euronext Growth market of Euronext Paris from Monday July 22, 2024 before the opening of the Stock Exchange. This decision comes pending the publication of the results of the creditors' vote on the draft safeguard plan.
AST GROUPE hopes that this temporary suspension will make it possible to optimally manage market reactions to the outcome of the crucial vote. The company, active in construction, promotion and industry, is known for its wooden frame houses with its NATILIA and NATIBOX brands.
