Supreme Critical Metals Inc. Delays Financial Disclosure Filing
Supreme Critical Metals Inc. has announced a delay in filing its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2025. Due to the delay, the company is in default under National Instrument 51-102. Interim financing from management and related parties has allowed Supreme to begin the necessary audit work.
The company is seeking a management cease trade order (MCTO) from the British Columbia Securities Commission, limiting trade by company insiders. Shareholders not considered insiders can still trade. Supreme anticipates completing the filings by August 29, 2025, and will comply with Section 10 of National Policy 12-203 as needed.
