Superbox Inc. Announces Asset Purchase Agreement and Executive Leadership Changes

Superbox, Inc. (OTC PINK:SBOX), a Nevada-based company leading in Green Energy and Transition Technologies, has announced a binding Asset Purchase Agreement with ǪK Innovation Ltd, a London-based corporation. This agreement includes acquiring patents related to Water in Diesel Fuel Emulsion and associated assets, alongside a significant change in the company's executive leadership.

The acquisition aims to enhance Superbox's position in the Fuel Emulsion market while continuing its commitment to Clean Energy. The agreement covers the exclusive acquisition of intellectual property patents for the "Apparatus for Stable NanoEmulsions of Water in Diesel Fuel" and a white diesel production unit.

Superbox also announced several changes in its executive team and Board of Directors. Key resignations include Suneel Anant Sawant, Vinnay Kumar Reddy Sarikonda, and Michele Collini. New appointments include Suneel Sawant as Chairman, Claudio Mirella as CEO, Andrea Piazzoli as Executive President, Bruno Polistina as CFO, Daniele De Molli as COO, Samuele Lucchini as Independent Director, and Enrico Fumagalli as CTO.
