Sunrise Excels in Vocational Training with Outstanding Results

In July, 53 Sunrise apprentices succeeded in their final exams, achieving a 100% success rate. More than two-thirds of these apprentices will start their careers at Sunrise from August 2024. Additionally, 63 new apprentices will join the program.

Sunrise, training a total of 203 apprentices, boasts an apprenticeship rate of 7.9%. This figure ranks the company among the top in Switzerland. CEO André Krause highlighted that the company trains young professionals through a dual apprenticeship system, emphasizing long-term employment.

Sunrise maintains a 100% success rate with apprentices and supports their career paths with cutting-edge facilities, such as the "Digital Avengers Lab." From 2025, the company will introduce apprenticeships for multimedia electronics technicians.

Apprentices engage in camps to foster interaction on themes like sustainability. These initiatives underline Sunrise’s commitment to comprehensive apprentice support.
