iSON Xperiences and Aistra have announced a strategic partnership to transform customer experience through Artificial Intelligence (AI). This global partnership will enable AI-enhanced automation and next-generation digital solutions.

iSON Xperiences, which operates in 22 countries, will collaborate with Aistra to integrate proprietary AI agent technologies. The initiative covers various sectors, including telecoms, banking and retail.
