STRATEC SE Approves €0.60 Dividend Per Share

At the Annual General Meeting held on June 27, 2025, STRATEC SE announced the approval of a dividend distribution of €0.60 per share for the fiscal year 2024. This decision reflects an increase from the previous year’s dividend of €0.55 per share, amounting to a total distribution of €7.3 million. Shareholders will receive payments via their depositing banks on July 2, 2025.

The meeting saw the extension of the Supervisory Board from four to five members, with Ralf Leistner being elected to the board. Shareholders also approved the actions of the Board of Management, chosen PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH as the auditor for 2025, and accepted the remuneration system for board members.

STRATEC's annual meeting represented 71.9% of registered share capital, highlighting active shareholder participation.
