STRATEC Adjusts 2025 Financial Calendar
STRATEC SE, based in Birkenfeld, Germany, has announced a shift in the publication date for its 2024 Annual Report to April 29, 2025. This change is attributed to the transition to a new external auditor and capacity issues within the finance department, some of which are linked to health-related absences.
Prior to the release of the Annual Report, STRATEC plans to disclose preliminary results for the 2024 financial year along with 2025 guidance. The company indicates that its 2024 targets, including stable or slightly declining sales and an adjusted EBIT margin of 10-12%, have been achieved.
As a result of these adjustments, the Annual General Meeting originally set for May 23, 2025, will now be held on June 17, 2025.
