Storm Exploration Inc. Amends Agreement with Eabametoong First Nation

Storm Exploration Inc. has announced an amendment to its Exploration Agreement with the Eabametoong First Nation regarding its Fort Hope Projects in northwestern Ontario. The amended agreement outlines continued engagement with the EFN and opportunities in employment and business development.

The amendment involves a one-time cash payment of $30,000 upon approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. Annual contributions will comprise 6% of exploration expenditures in cash and 2% in Storm's common shares. Storm will issue additional shares worth progressively from $25,000 to $75,000, contingent on ongoing exploration.

The Fort Hope Projects, notably the Miminiska property, hold potential for significant gold and base metal deposits. These activities underscore Storm's commitment to sustainable development and collaboration with local communities.
