Storm Exploration Finalizes Sale of Miminiska Project for $5.8M

Storm Exploration Inc. has announced the completion of selling its Miminiska Project to Canadian Goldfields Discovery Corp. for $5,812,500. The sale was executed after Storm acquired a 100% interest in the Miminiska and Keezhik Projects from Landore Resources. This strategic move strengthens Storm's financial position in the precious metals market.

Under the agreement, Storm receives cash and shares from CGDC, bolstering its financial assets. The company liquidated 7,500,000 CGDC shares and secured certain future share payments. Additionally, a net smelter royalty agreement with Landore was established for the Keezhik Project.

Storm plans to advance exploration across its portfolio, with drilling set for Keezhik and Gold Standard in 2026 and Attwood in 2027. This focus aligns with their strategic growth in Ontario's greenstone belt.
