Storm Exploration Allocates Shares to Eabametoong First Nation

Storm Exploration Inc. (TSXV:STRM) has announced the issuance of 318,629 common shares to the Eabametoong First Nation (EFN). The allocation is part of the Exploration Agreement established on May 16, 2024, and amended on April 29, 2025. The shares were issued at a 30-day volume-weighted average price of $0.235 per share, totaling a value of $75,000. This completes the initial and first-anniversary payments as per the agreement.

Additionally, Storm revealed the granting of 870,000 stock options to selected directors, officers, and consultants. These options are exercisable at $0.25 per share and will expire on February 27, 2031. This move aims to strengthen company ties with key personnel.
