Storm Cancels Stock Options
Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 30, 2024 – Storm Exploration Inc. (TSXV:STRM) has announced the cancellation of certain outstanding stock options. The cancellation was mutually agreed upon by the Company and certain non-insiders. A total of 625,000 options with expiry dates between July 13, 2025, and May 2, 2027, were canceled. The weighted average exercise price of these options was $0.56 per share.
The action was taken under the Company's Stock Option Plan. The company did not provide reasons for this cancellation.
