VusionGroup: Evolution of the liquidity contract in the second half of 2025
As of December 31, 2025, the balance sheet for VusionGroup's liquidity contract, managed by BNP Paribas, shows 11,619 Vusion shares and a balance of €1,108,961 in the liquidity account. During the second half of 2025, 84,741 shares were acquired for €19,401,618, and 75,275 shares were sold for €17,229,305, representing 1,457 and 1,708 transactions respectively.
Compared to the first half of 2025, when 1,678 shares and €3,401,026 were still held in the account, the trading volume shows strong buying and selling activity. During this initial period, 149,296 shares were purchased for €28,702,346 and 158,618 shares were sold for €30,625,950.
On January 31, 2025, on the eve of the interventions, the account had 11,550 securities and €1,305,487.
