Sterling Metals Updates on Phase 1 Exploration at Copper Road Project

Sterling Metals Corp. (TSXV:SAG)(OTCQB:SAGGF) has provided an update on its Phase 1 exploration campaign at the Copper Road Project, located 80km north of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. This 25,000ha project is focused on copper-molybdenum-silver-gold mineralization.

The company has identified multiple high-priority copper exploration zones and has collected 1,200 surface soil samples. Data from a 3,777-line kilometer airborne magnetic survey and historical survey modeling have advanced the geological understanding of the property. LiDAR surveys have revealed 483 pits, 227 trenches, 12 adits, and 10 shafts.

Ongoing efforts include mapping and sampling to target high-grade breccias and porphyry systems. Trails to key areas are being cleared to facilitate access. Sterling aims to prioritize ground geophysics to identify high tonnage targets.

CEO Mathew Wilson emphasized the project's potential, highlighting the extensive copper system detected and new exploration areas being targeted for future drilling campaigns.
