Sterling Metals Appoints Mark Goodman as Chairman and Announces Corporate Update

Sterling Metals Corp. (TSXV: SAG)(OTCQB: SAGGF) has announced the appointment of Mr. Mark Goodman as Chairman of the board of directors, effective immediately. This follows the recently completed transaction with Copper Road Resources Inc. Mr. Goodman succeeds Mr. Richard Patricio, who will remain as an advisor to the company.

Mr. Goodman brings over 25 years of public and mining company experience, including his tenure as President of Dundee Corporation. His appointment comes as Sterling Metals continues to advance the Copper Road Project in Ontario.

Mr. Goodman expressed enthusiasm about his new role and the opportunities to advance the company's projects. CEO Mathew Wilson welcomed Goodman, citing his extensive experience and the potential of the Copper Road Project as significant value drivers for the company.

Additionally, Sterling Metals has distributed 86,249,546 Consideration Shares to Copper Road Resources shareholders as part of the transaction. The company is finalizing its work program for the Copper Road Project and will provide further updates in due course.
