STEICO SE Faces Changes in Administrative Board

STEICO SE has announced significant changes to its Administrative Board. Mr. Udo Schramek, Deputy Chairman, along with Mrs. Katarzyna Schramek, have resigned from their roles effective February 28, 2025. The company expressed gratitude for their contributions over the past year.

The departure of both members leaves the Board with only two remaining members, Chairman Paul O'Gorman and Ms. Aiveen Kearney. This situation creates a challenge, as the Board no longer meets the required quorum for decision-making.

The company plans to have new members appointed by the court until the next Annual General Meeting in June 2025, ensuring that the Board can continue its operations smoothly.
