STEF: Voting rights as of April 30, 2025
On April 30, 2025, STEF announced details of its voting rights and shares, in accordance with Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The company's capital consists of 12,850,000 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 22,815,035. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, namely 22,610,563. This difference is explained by shares deprived of voting rights, such as treasury shares.
