Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd Announces 2024 Results
Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (SWEF) has revealed its financial results for the year ending December 31, 2024. The company, focused on high-quality real estate debt investments, is on track with its strategy to return capital to shareholders.
In 2024, £109 million of funds were recouped through the repayment of five loans, accounting for 42% of the previous year's total portfolio. This, in turn, facilitated £125 million in returns to shareholders in 2024 through three separate installments. Post-year-end, an additional £46 million was returned in February 2025.
The dividend remained stable at 5.5 pence per share, with the loan portfolio expected to support this in the future. Despite an impairment provision for an office loan in Ireland, overall portfolio performance aligned with expectations. The firm's NAV stood at £194.9 million at year-end.
