Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd Announces Eleventh Annual General Meeting

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (SWEF) has announced that its Eleventh Annual General Meeting will take place on 13 June 2024 at Carey House, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey. The meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.

In preparation for the event, copies of the Notice of the Eleventh Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Form will be sent to shareholders. These documents, along with the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ending 31 December 2023, are available on the company’s website and the National Storage Mechanism.

Shareholders with questions about the AGM can submit them via email to Apex Fund and Corporate Services until 5pm UK time on 11 June 2024. Responses will be made public on the London Stock Exchange.

The Board will inform shareholders of any changes to the AGM's format or location through a Regulatory Information Service and on the company’s website.
