StageZero Life Sciences Updates on Filing of Full Year 2023 Financials

StageZero Life Sciences, Ltd. (TSX:SZLS)(OTC PINK:SZLSF) has provided an update regarding its 2023 financial filings. The company, currently under a Failure to File Cease Trade Order (FFCTO), announced it has almost completed its audit, Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), Annual Information Form (AIF), and associated documents. However, full payment to the auditors is still pending.

The Ontario Securities Commission set a 90-day deadline ending July 8 for automatic revocation of the FFCTO.
