SQLI announces the sale of Aston to the Talis Education Group

SQLI, a European player in digital services, has formalized the sale of its subsidiary dedicated to training, Aston, to the Talis Education Group, recognized in the field of higher education and professional training. This operation, revealed on March 14 during the publication of SQLI's annual results, is part of the company's strategy of concentration on the digital experience sector.

The sales process is being completed following SQLI's acquisition of Salesforce agency Levana in February, deepening its partnership with global experience platform publishers. Aston, resulting from the merger between SQLI Institut and ASTON École, with a turnover of €13 million in 2023 and bringing together 50 employees, is now aligned with the activities of the Talis Education Group.

The Talis Education Group, majority owned by IDI, has a large network of post-baccalaureate educational establishments and welcomes nearly 8,000 students, offering varied professional programs. The finalization of this sale strengthens the specialization and strategic orientations of the two entities concerned.
