Ardy Ferguson Triumphs at S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Awards 2025
On October 30, Ardy Ferguson was named the winner of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2025, held at the iconic Castello Sforzesco in Milan. Competing with 14 other finalists, Ferguson impressed the judges with their dish, 'Archipelago Celebration,' highlighting the vibrant culinary traditions of Indonesia.
The competition, spanning 55 countries and 15 regions over two years, showcased the skills and creativity of young chefs worldwide. A Grand Jury of seven renowned chefs, including Christophe Bacquié and Jeremy Chan, praised Ferguson for their technical precision and creative vision.
Additional awards were presented, with chef Zanté Neethling recognized for sustainable practices, chef Noah Wynants for innovation, and chef Nicolás A. López for expressing personal values through their dishes.
