Sparta Capital Files Interim Financial Statements Amid Regulatory Order
Sparta Capital Ltd. (TSX.V:SAY) announced the filing of its interim financial statements for the period ending March 31, 2024. The documents, including management's discussion and analysis, are available on www.sedarplus.ca.
The Alberta Securities Commission issued a Failure-to-File Cease Trade Order (FFCTO) against Sparta under Multilateral Instrument 11-103. This order restricts trading of the company’s securities in Canada, except under specific conditions for beneficial security holders who meet certain criteria.
Sparta has applied for the revocation of the FFCTO and will provide updates as available. The company operates through three divisions: Environment, Health, and Transportation, focusing on technological integration and sustainability.
