This Arizona-based company specializes in innovative beverage development. The move aims to support Ingenious Roasters in expanding its product offerings and enhancing brand visibility.

This strategic decision raises Southern ITS International's interest from 45%, emphasizing its confidence in Ingenious Roasters' growth potential. Gil Irey, President of Southern ITS International, expressed his enthusiasm for the strengthened partnership, highlighting shared goals of delivering exceptional products to consumers.

Ingenious Roasters plans to launch its first ready-to-drink beverage brand, "JavaBrain," by July. The brand will initially release one SKU, with plans to expand to four by the end of 2024. This collaboration aims to meet evolving consumer preferences and drive growth.
