Southern Energy Corp. Announces Warrant Listing Approval
Southern Energy Corp. has announced approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) for the listing of 65,435,521 common share purchase warrants. These warrants were issued as part of a previously announced prospectus offering. Trading is expected to begin under the symbol "SOU.WT" on April 21, 2025.
Each unit from the offering includes one common share and one warrant. Warrant holders can purchase one common share at C$0.09 anytime before April 8, 2028. The terms are governed by a warrant indenture involving Odyssey Trust Company.
