With over 20 years of experience in management, accounting, and finance, Mr. Kelly's expertise is expected to enhance the senior management team significantly. His history of managing companies through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and acquisitions ideally positions him to contribute to SPMC's future growth.

Prior roles of Mr. Kelly include CFO positions at Marlin Gold Mining Ltd., Mako Mining Corp., and Ely Gold Royalties, among others. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University.
