Sophie Boissard renewed as Managing Director of the Clariane Group

On August 5, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Clariane Group renewed the mandate of Sophie Boissard as Chief Executive Officer, initially expiring on December 31, 2024.

General Director since January 2016, Sophie Boissard has also been a director since June 2020, mandate renewed in June 2023. Jean-Pierre Duprieu, Chairman of the Board, expressed his unanimous support within the Board for an early renewal of five years, highlighting the major transformations under his leadership.

Sophie Boissard expressed her gratitude to the Board and employees, affirming her commitment to continuing the “At your Sides” business project and the financial strengthening plan.

Boissard, a former student of the École Normale Supérieure and the ENA, held various positions within the public service and the private sector before joining Clariane.
