Solocal Reports Mixed Financial Results for 2024
In 2024, Solocal faced significant financial challenges, evidenced by a 7% decline in Group revenue to €334.5 million compared to the previous year. Despite this, a decisive financial restructuring led to a positive net cash position of €26.6 million by year-end, a substantial improvement from the prior year's negative figure.
The company undertook major strategic shifts, driven by new leadership under CEO Maurice Lévy. These included governance changes, audits, and a new action plan aimed at sustainable growth. EBITDA margins fell to 13.3% from 17.6% in 2023, highlighting the impact of these transitions.
Looking forward, Solocal plans to focus on operational priorities such as organization, product development, and IT advancements, with the aim of stabilizing revenue and improving the EBITDA margin to approximately 15% in 2025. This includes full integration of Regicom's contributions.
