Solocal Group: Financial activity and share consolidation in Q3 2024

Solocal Group has revealed its results for the third quarter of 2024. Quarterly revenues amount to €83.8 million, down 10.7% compared to the same period in 2023. For the first nine months, revenues reached €247.6 million, down 11.5%. Regicom, integrated since July, contributed €6.1 million.

Despite this slowdown, the group's order book stood at 182.8 million euros as of September 30. Solocal forecasts annual revenue of around 340 million euros and plans to maintain an EBITDA margin of 15% through cost control efforts.

The reverse stock split process has been completed. One thousand old shares were exchanged for one new share, bringing the total number of shares to just over 33 million.
