Soitec Shareholders Approve All Resolutions at Annual General Meeting

Bernin (Grenoble), France, July 23, 2024 – Soitec, a leader in semiconductor materials, held its Annual General Meeting at its registered office in Bernin. Chaired by Eric Meurice, the meeting saw Christophe Gégout take over immediately after for a transitional period.

All resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were approved, with a 78.75% quorum. Key resolutions included the approval of financial statements for fiscal year 2023-2024, and the appointment of Frédéric Lissalde as a new Independent Director. Amendments to the CEO’s compensation plan and related-party agreements were also approved.

The Board now comprises 14 members, including seven independents and six women. Post-meeting, Frédéric Lissalde was appointed Chair of the Strategic Committee, replacing Eric Meurice. Detailed vote results are available on Soitec’s website.
