SoftwareOne Gains Approval for Prospectus Supplement

This development is linked to SoftwareOne's voluntary offer to acquire Crayon, a prominent IT optimization firm headquartered in Norway.

The Prospectus Supplement follows the release of SoftwareOne's audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024. It forms an integral part of the recommended voluntary offer initiated on March 14, 2025, to acquire all outstanding Crayon shares.

The prospectus document and the supplement are available online, with the offer period remaining unchanged. Jefferies and Pareto Securities are serving as advisors to SoftwareOne, while ABG Sundal Collier and Houlihan Lokey assist Crayon.
