SODITECH announces the online publication of the preparatory documents for the Annual General Meeting scheduled for December 17, 2025. Shareholders can consult the preliminary notice on the company's website in the Investors section. This notice includes the agenda, draft resolutions, and participation procedures. Initially published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on November 12, 2025, the preliminary notice will be followed by a formal notice of meeting on December 1, 2025, in the legal notices online publication Tribuca.net.
The documents are also available from the Administrative and Financial Department in Cannes La Bocca. The company, listed on Euronext Paris, thus offers full transparency to its shareholders.
