Sodexo strengthens its presence in North America with the acquisition of CRH Catering

Sodexo has signed an agreement to acquire CRH Catering, strengthening its position in the North American convenience market. CRH Catering, a major player in the Mid-Atlantic states, will enhance Sodexo’s multichannel offering with services such as micro-markets, vending and fresh produce.

This acquisition is part of Sodexo’s strategy to adapt its model to consumers’ growing needs for convenient and healthy dining options. This is the seventh acquisition in the convenience sector since 2022, targeting a revenue target of $500 million by the end of 2025 for its InReach offering.
