Paris, September 12, 2024 - Société Générale has published regulated information on the total number of voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2024. In accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the bank's capital is composed of 812,035,548 shares.

The total number of theoretical voting rights, also called gross voting rights, amounts to 898,073,482. This data allows us to closely monitor the governance and shareholder participation structure.
