Enapter AG Revises 2025 Financial Projections

Enapter AG has announced an adjustment to its financial guidance for the fiscal year 2025. The revision is attributed to the complexities encountered in establishing production within the joint venture, which involve varying certification requirements and unique customer designs for Multicores. These factors have led to production and acceptance delays, prompting a revenue shift to 2026.

The company now forecasts revenues between EUR 20 to 22 million, with an EBITDA of EUR -9 to -10 million for 2025. This is a significant reduction from the previous guidance, which projected revenues between EUR 39 to 42 million and an EBITDA ranging from EUR -2 million to EUR 0. The order backlog stands at approximately EUR 45 million.
